 MINDSET

Your Mindset is significantly the most powerful life tool you possess.

Intention – Belief System – Power of Thought – Rules of Attraction – Motivation

“You are the masterpiece of your own life; you are the Michelangelo of your experience. The David that you are sculpting is you. And you do it with your thoughts. –Dr. Joe Vitale

I believe the most important message I’ve learned in life is the empowerment or disempowerment of one’s mind.  Your mindset is responsible for where you are in your life, who you are, how you feel, how you make decisions; whether or not you are successful, happy, healthy or even wealthy. Your mindset is run by your belief system which is designed by your thoughts.  Your mindset determines if, and how much you allow yourself to dream, and to what depths you will allow yourself to imagine -what could be. Your thoughts are the compass wherein you create your life.

“What you focus on with thought and feeling is what you attract into your experience, whether or not it’s something you want”. –Bob Doyle

You manifest everything into your life by the thoughts you think. You attract what you want and what you don’t want simply because of what you are thinking, as well as how you are feeling about what you are thinking.  It is most important to understand this Universal Law of Attraction or put another way, Rules of Attractions, is directly related to the power of your mind.

“What ever you are thinking about you will attract.” –Bob Proctor

Are there really people out there who ‘get all the breaks’? Maybe so, possibly even those whom are born with the proverbial silver spoon in their mouth. And, sooner or later they must take responsibility for keeping that silver spoon or wasting it away. Most people however, create their own ‘breaks,’ which is usually not an overnight project, but a constant manifestation of focused intention, creation, determination, and purposeful action. This power of thought results in receiving your desires through the Rules of Attraction.

“Our job as humans is to hold onto the thoughts of what we want, make it absolutely clear in our minds what we want, and from that we start to invoke one of the greatest laws in the universe and that’s the law of attraction.” –John Assaraf

Sylvester “Sly” Stallone is a wonderful example of a man who chose courage over defeat. A man who would not allow the worst of circumstances to become obstacles on his journey to success. Essentially, he failed his way to the top. Mr. Stallone developed a strong and powerful mindset by standing strong in his Intention. He became a movie star by sheer determination. He had been rejected by every casting agent in New

York City. His 29th birthday was a desperate time. His wife was pregnant; they had life savings of $106 and were about to be evicted.  But he had a plan, a purpose to succeed. He chose to write a screenplay which he thoroughly visualized from beginning to end; a story with regard to rising to the top by overcoming adversity. This screenplay would portray heroism, great love, dignity, courage and determination.

Through intention, feeling, and powerful thinking, Sly wrote the first of his Blockbuster hits.  With time pressing, he created this masterpiece in just three and a half days. He was also determined to not only sell his screenplay but to also star in this production. After having the door slammed in his face over and over again, United Artists offered him

$75, 000.00 but they insisted on casting a known star. Despite his financial situation, Sly turned it down. “I wrote it and I have to do it,” he explained. The studio kept increasing its offer and Mr. Stallone kept turning it down. Finally, at an offer of $350,000, he said he wouldn’t sell the screenplay “for a million dollars” if he wasn’t the star. Finally, United Artist extended the offer again of $350,000.00 and this time allowing him to star as Rocky Balboa.

“When you’re visualizing, when you’ve got that picture playing out in your mind, always and only dwell upon the end result.”—Mike Dooley

How and what you think is equally as important if not more so then how you feel about what you think and believe, because it determines the life you lead. Take a moment and really see your life as it is right now. How do you feel about yourself, your circumstances, and your relationships?  Who are you being right now and how do you show up in the world?  Are you creating success or failure? Now is the time to check in with your belief system as it directs the choices you make while supporting the feelings you feel about those choices.  Is it time to choose to change your beliefs in order to live a loving, joyous fulfilling life complimented by an attitude of gratitude?

“Decide what you want, believe you can have it, believe you deserve it, and believe it is possible for you.”–Jack Canfield.

Do you live your life in neediness? Why? Do you live your life in abundance? How? I am not solely referring to monetary abundance, but also abundance of truly living. Abundance of love, joy, happiness, laughter, friends, family, adventure, spirituality, and gratefulness, etc. are examples of living in abundance.

“See yourself living in abundance and you will attract it. It always works it works every time with every person”—Bob Proctor.

Your mindset shapes your whole mental world. It shapes your attitude toward life. It dictates your actions or inactions, the types of relationships you have, how you raise your children; all that you do. Ultimately, your mindset predicts whether or not you will fulfill your potential. You get to choose to be who you really are and live a life of freedom, expression, abundance and joy. Starting today, right now, you can choose to be in action and on purpose; you can choose to grow and develop an amazing and un-limiting mindset with the purpose of attaining the choice of opportunity. And at all times consciously and subconsciously think, feel, act in thankfulness and gratitude.

“Gratitude is absolutely the way to bring more into your life.” –Marci Shimoff.

“Whatever we think about and thank about we bring about.”—Dr. John DeMartini

I’ll leave you with these final thoughts…

We are all equally given free will to make choices. The choices you make determine the life you lead. All you have to do is choose to become aware of the thoughts you cultivate and choose to expand and grow what and how you think and feel. Therefore, exercise your power of thought, feeling, and visualization to create all that you desire, and then choose to believe and receive. . . . It starts and stops with your mindset!

“We are unlimited beings. We have no ceiling. The capabilities and the talents and the gifts and the power that is within every single individual that is on this planet, is unlimited.”—  Rev. Dr. Michael Beckwith.
